Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Padelonic app and website (“Padelonic”). By installing or using Padelonic you agree to them. Padelonic is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these terms.

1. What Padelonic is

Padelonic is a tactical-training app: interactive padel situations that freeze at a decision point, score your choice and explain the reasoning. It is coaching content for thinking about the game. It is not a substitute for on-court coaching, medical advice or your own judgement, and padel — like any sport — carries a risk of injury. Play responsibly.

2. Your account

You can use Padelonic as a guest or with an account. If you create an account you must give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one. You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Delete account); see the Privacy Policy for what that removes.

3. Free content and Padelonic Pro

The first three lessons of the tactical journey are free. Padelonic Pro unlocks the full journey, the shot library, pair training and every venue. Pro is sold as:

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and payment is taken by them, not by us.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown at purchase, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; deleting the app or your Padelonic account does not cancel a subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. A lifetime purchase is tied to the store account that bought it and lasts as long as we offer Padelonic on that platform.

Pro access is linked to your Padelonic account. Sign in on another device and use Restore purchases to unlock it there.

4. What you may and may not do

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Padelonic on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of it; reverse-engineer it except where the law allows; use it to build a competing product; scrape, extract or republish its lessons, coaching text, 3D scenes or artwork; interfere with our servers or other users; or use the leaderboards or pair training to harass anyone or to impersonate someone else. Display names must not be offensive or misleading; we may change or remove names and leaderboard entries that are.

5. Ownership

Padelonic, its lessons, coaching content, scenes, models, artwork, name and marks belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your progress data is yours; you give us permission to store and process it as described in the Privacy Policy so the app can work.

6. Changes to the app

We add, revise and occasionally retire lessons and features, and lesson content may update in the app without a new store release. We may suspend or stop Padelonic, or your access to it, if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue Padelonic while you have an active subscription, unused paid time is handled by the store’s refund process.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Padelonic is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that following its coaching will improve your results. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Padelonic in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Apple and Google

If you got Padelonic from the App Store, Apple is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them. Apple’s and Google’s own terms apply to purchases made through their stores.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have in the country where you live.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use Padelonic after that means you accept the new terms.
